Good service but very busy.

Always fresh, quietly located, nice people work here

A quaint little one off the main drag. Friendly staff. Usually a very good selection of fresh baked stuff. Busy at lunch as near a high school though.

Nice for students to study here and do group projects since you have easy access to food. The reason I give it four stars though is when I ordered an all dressed Caesar salad, and they handed me a bowl of lettuce. No dressing or bacon pieces.

Staff was nice and efficient. Some rude man came in and started yelling at one of the workers and she handled it very well despite his complaints. Don't come to timies if you're expecting gourmet food and personalized service!! Workers are paid minimum and have to put up with nasty customers, it is not fair to them. Stay strong staff!!

Childhood favorites are hard to beat! The donuts are delicious and I like that you can buy individual donut holes (timbits) if you only feel like a small sweet treat. The coffee is served very hot so be careful with your first sip!

Went at 4am after dropping someone to the airport. Thought it would be closed but nop, opened 24h! We gladly had a warm drink on way back home and they still had few products you really find in other Tims like candy can hot chocolate. That made my day! Fast service and the guy serving was smiling and being super nice despite it was 4am and he was probably bored and/or tired.

The late night customer service woman is awesome! She's warm friendly and absolutely amazing! Props to her for making my after midnight hot chocolate stellar!!

New coffee machines, staff wasn't too sure how to work them but coffee came out pretty good.

There was only 1 person for the cash register and to prepare everything (drinks food) but she worked super quickly. I was there at 6am. Staff was kind, place looked clean.

I keep hearing about Tim Hortons on TV and YouTube and I been wanting to go there and finally I got to go there. So if I had to compare it to something in the US it's like a Dunkin donuts. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try try any food or drink but I did get to use the bathroom and was nice and clean. If I went back to Canada I would definitely try a Tim Hortons to how it's like. I would give it a try if your over in Canada if your craving donuts.

Small coffee shop. 2 cashes, not very comfortable and very compact. Simply ok

It's ok they need to work on cleanness after ppl eat there and when it slow down I always picking up trays so other can eat at table

Usually satisfied with the service but a few time have had coffee grinds in my coffee which leads me to believe they are re-using the coffee filters.
